Faye Hartley-Youens 
Mindset and Motivation
Faye is a local Toowoomba mother and business owner having recently relocated from The Sunshine Coast. Born in the UK, growing up in South Africa and travelling the world for the best part of her twenties, the desire to help others has always been paramount. 

Gaining an honours degree in Psychology gave Faye an avenue to pursue this and ignited a passion for learning more about the WHY and the HOW of being human.
Taking this passion in a direction where she could create the most change led to specialising in hypnotherapy at the beginning of 2016.

Faye brings a wealth of experience and a personal passion to The L.E.A.N program, working daily with clients addressing limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, motivation, confidence and other issues which prevent clients moving forward.

Working with clients to facilitate an understanding of the powerful mind body connection and how each individual has access to all the resources they need for SUCCESS is central to Faye’s professional philosophy.

Continuing to work and learn with global thought leaders in the area of coaching the subconscious mind allows Faye to pass on to her clients the latest cutting edge research and processes for change.

With a family illness being the catalyst for a lifelong journey into wellness in its many forms, Faye offers an integrative approach to create the change you have been searching for.

Tammy Oldham 
Nutrition and Fitness
Tammy is a Toowoomba based military wife and mother of two boys with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing. 

Having owned and operated her own boutique women’s fitness centre in 2011 in Canberra, and going on to complete her personal training qualifications, Tammy soon realised that fitness alone wasn’t the solution to achieving overall health. 

She then undertook further study in Nutritional Medicine, becoming a fully qualified Clinical Holistic Nutritionist in 2018 and setting up her combined nutrition and fitness practice in Toowoomba around the same time. 

Despite helping numerous clients in the area of nutrition and fitness, it soon became evident that there was still another important piece to add to the puzzle of achieving great health, and that was re-programming the mindset and subconscious mind, as only then could total wellness be achieved! 

This was the beginning of L.E.A.N, a holistic concept in health and wellness, combining nutrition, movement and mindset into one comprehensive, life-changing 8 week program that will truly lead to lasting health and wellbeing for the mind, body and soul.

What is mindset and how can this help my health journey.

When we talk about mindset we are simply referring to a set of attitudes. In this instance our attitudes to food, health, exercise and wellness.
Many of these attitudes are operating at a subconscious level, meaning we are not consciously aware of them. 

Hypnotherapy, EFT and techniques to coach the subconscious mind are all an integral part of this program, and part of what makes it so unique.

Body Composition Analysis is included
More than just body weight and BMI! We’ve recognised that these two parameters can be misleading and don’t always indicate true health. That’s why we incorporate Body Composition Analysis, using non-invasive BIA technology to complete a 30 second scan which measures everything from body fat % and fat mass, to muscle mass, metabolic age, visceral fat, hydration and more. 
This additional knowledge allows us to set specific and measurable health-focused goals that take the focus away from just weight and BMI. 

Every program participant receives 2 scans, taking place at the beginning and end of the 8 Week Program, which includes a comprehensive Full Colour A4 Report to take home. Every health journey is unique, which is why we will never base someone’s success solely on a number on the scale!
